Licensing Process
We are interested in evaluating all licensing opportunities in any category that we believe is a good fit.
We expect our licensees to have strong retail relationships within their category and/or channels of distribution into which they want to sell products licensing our images.
The first step in becoming a
licensee is to provide us with some information about your company and the products you wish to manufacture using one or more images from our 20th Century Art Image Collection. This can be done on this

This site will enable you to view approximately 1000 images from the collection and
will provide you with everything you need to move forward in your licensing decision–making process.
It will be necessary for you to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to viewing any of our images. In addition to viewing the images
on line, you may also request an image file with a particular set of criteria that you would like to view. For example, you may just want to see images of flowers, Indians, women, animals, planes, children,
caricatures or basic lettering & designs etc. from the time period. Or you may want to see images from a particular food stuffs product. We will compile the images that meet your specified set of criteria and
will send you a viewing disc of just those images.
Keep in mind that the images can be licensed “as is” as a retro-design, or the image can be color enhanced and made to look new. The images can also be
manipulated in order to “customize” any brand or product.
If you are interested in licensing any of the images for use, it will be necessary for you to complete the Licensing Application. This will provide us with more information about you and your company and
various licensing options. We will review all potential licensee requests and will contact you about the licensing opportunities that are available. Licensing fees and/or royalties will vary based on each individual
license.
