What do you look for in a licensee?
Our licensees share our passion for our images and demonstrate this by consistently delivering high quality products and innovation to consumers.
We expect our licensees to have strong retail relationship within their category and/or any channel of distribution into which they want to sell products using our images. We are also looking for our licensees to make our images top priority in their product portfolio and work strategically to maximize the right the license grants.

What is the process for becoming a licensee?
The first step in becoming a licensee is to provide us with some information about your company and the products you wish to manufacture by completing a Licensing Application. We will evaluate your interest and shortly thereafter, you will be contacted by an American Art Images representative to discuss your interest further. 

What are your standard royalty rates?
The license fees and/or royalty rates vary based on the particular use of the images, the products being produced, the margins of that business and the opportunities created.

How can I view your image catalog?
You will need to complete a Non-Disclosure Agreement, sign it and fax it to us. Once we receive the signed agreement, we will provide you with access to our image gallery. Our gallery is fully searchable by image descriptions, company name, company location, and year printed.
